In this role, you are not just filling numbers, you are expected to bring in high- quality, high-activity creators who have strong potential for TikTok Live success. This is a performance-driven position with clear targets and top-level rewards. Only experienced recruiters or sales professionals with a proven track record in talent acquisition, live streaming, or influencer marketing will be considered.Your Responsibilities Independently identify, approach, and onboard high-potential and high-activity TikTok live streamers (not just new creators, but also creators with a track record or unique content). Consistently achieve and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs (e.g., minimum number of active creators with defined streaming hours and engagement benchmarks). Leverage personal/professional networks, social channels, and advanced sourcing strategies (including industry contacts, referral networks, and content platforms) to build a sustainable pipeline. Use data to track and optimize your recruitment funnel; quickly adjust methods to maximize conversion. Act as a consultant for creators—provide onboarding support and guide them toward agency targets and performance improvement. Deliver regular progress reports and share market insights with the management team.What We're Looking For Proven success in recruiting live streamers, influencers, or sales talen. Access to or ability to quickly build up a network of TikTok creators (especially in the US region). Deep understanding of TikTok Live, local creator/influencer ecosystem, and platform trends. Results-driven mindset with a “hunter” mentality—comfortable with clear, high-stakes targets and working under pressure. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Advanced sourcing and networking abilities (including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Discord, TikTok, Facebook groups, influencer events, etc.). Strong organizational skills, self-management, and adaptability for remote work. Experience in headhunting, agency recruitment, or talent management for social media.
