He Waka Eke Noa | Creating Great Together This is an opportunity for you to join our Data, Analytics & Strategy Domain as a Senior Customer Engagement Analyst for a fixed term position finishing at the end of June. This newly created role requires a lot of problem solving & structure but in return you will be part of building a world leading capability for customer engagement. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with our General Manager Customer Engagement, who let us know the following about the role: What is the team culture and environment like? What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? Implementing an advanced customer decision engine and 1-1 communications to enable data-driven customer engagement orchestrated across channels. What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?Providing guidance and consultancy to business stakeholders to determine the value associated with a communication. Translate business ideas and concepts into well-specified requirements for Next Best Actions and Campaigns using a brief including metrics for follow up. Conduct data exploration to assess data sources and availability. Estimate target group size and results. Develop the operational processes for the unit and support quality assurance and coaching of colleagues.What is your management style? I like to promote an open, supportive, and collaborative culture. I place a lot of trust in the team, but I am always there to support when needed. What will success look like for the candidate in this role? Great relationships with your stakeholders and colleagues. An excellent knowledge of the data available in your area. A strong portfolio of communications implemented and delivering brilliant outcomes for customers. What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role? 3-5+ years experience in a data-driven marketing comms role or similar Proven campaign management, business analyst or data analysis experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and conflicting deadlines Experience in agile ways of working Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in data analysis using SQL or similar Nau Mai ki te Pēke o Aotearoa | Come to the Bank of New Zealand This is an exciting opportunity to join us!
