You will report to our Regional FF and Logistic lead.What You Will DoManage end-to-end customer order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Validate order details, product availability, lead times, and shipping requirements.Coordinate with Supply/Demand Planning and Manufacturing to align production with customer needs.Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and stakeholders.Act as the primary contact for fulfillment inquiries, order changes, and delivery updates.Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and complaints in collaboration with Quality and Logistics teams.Maintain accurate order data and ensure compliance with internal policies and delivery conditions.Track fulfillment KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field prefered.35 years of experience in customer fulfillment, order management, or supply chain operations (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments).Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g.SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause and resolution while keeping the customer-first attitudeEnglish, Arabic language required; Chinese is a plus.What We Can Offer YouAn international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity.
