You will play a pivotal role in Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., a global leader in scientific solutions.Discover Impactful Work:This position is ideal for a meticulously organized, customer-centric individual. Own the smooth flow of products, facilitating sales operations, and handling logistics to enforce to business schedules.A day in the Life:Handle inquiries via email and phone from customers and/or internal parties.Perform order management activities: order booking, price checking, order clearing aligned with company’s policies, prepare a shipping documentation, etc.Provide assistance to sales functions and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements.Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departmentsLiaise with Finance and other departments on delivery status, invoicing and goods receipt postingsParticipate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives across SEATWMaintain SAP transactions accuracy (PO creation, GR/IR, delivery updates).Keys to Success:Authority at prioritizing meaningful tasks and maintaining clear, outlined workflows.Collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ability to closely follow and implement company protocols.EducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.ExperienceProven background in customer service, supply chain or logistics position.Background in commercial operations or sales support.Previous roles involving customer-centric settings.1–3 years’ experience in order management, logistics, or customer service (preferably in pharma/life sciences or multinational companies).Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of supply chain processes.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to effectively implement logistics strategies.Proficiency in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred) for PO/SO management.Ability to work with 3PL vendors and cross-functional teams.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role involves working in a standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit warehouses or shipping facilities.BenefitsWe offer compensation and eligibility for a robust Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus.
