Your expertise in the domain of AI, Data and Analytics will guide clients through the complexities of integrating advanced technologies into their business processes, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation. You will work together with clients to scope, design and initiate innovative solutions, and are involved in the implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Awareness Create strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs to deliver tailored data and AI solutions. Pre-Sales Support & Proposal Development Engage in pre-sales activities, including conducting opportunity assessments, developing business cases, and supporting proposal development to secure new projects.AI & data advisory role You help our clients in their data & AI journeys by advising on AI adoption, usecase ideation, implementation and developmentStrategy & Exploration Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies aligned with client objectives, exploring innovative solutions to complex challengesSolution Design & Delivery Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration into existing systemsChange Management Support organizational change initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication and training programsInnovation & Thought Leadership Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and colleaguesWhat You’ll BringMaster's degree in Business Studies, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management or a related fieldFull working proficiency in English, fluency in Danish 6+ years experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on AI, Data and Analytics domainStrong commercial mindset, you can quickly understand clients' needs and are pro-active in identifying commercial opportunitiesYou can confidently present to C-level executivesYou are a great workshop facilitator, capable of making an impact through an energetic approach and applying extensive knowledge of tools, methods, and frameworks (such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR)Skills to bridge the gap between the exploration/analysis phase and the execution/delivery phaseExperience in (Gen)AI/Analytics tooling (e.g. Databricks, Python, XAI tooling, smart automation) is a plusWhat We OfferAt Atos, you will work on end-to-end digital and data transformation projects across various sectors, allowing you to make an impact from start to finish.
