Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the role translates complex data into actionable insights and fosters a culture of data literacy.By championing data governance, collaborating on data quality initiatives, and delivering analytical solutions aligned with strategic objectives, this position plays a key role in optimizing performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.This position is open to applicants in Limassol, Cyprus or Amman, Jordan.Main Activities & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usabilityTranslate complex datasets into intuitive visual insights that drive informed business decisionsCollaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, gather requirements, and align reporting with strategic prioritiesIdentify and communicate key trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, with actionable recommendationsPromote data literacy through training, workshops, and documentation that empower self-service analyticsLead the creation and maintenance of a centralized business data catalogue, ensuring consistent definitions and metricsPartner with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and performance in analytical systemsTranslate business questions into measurable analytical solutions that support strategic initiativesSupport data governance and compliance, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reportsPerform any other duties relevant to the roleRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence AnalystProven expertise in Power BI (or a comparable BI platform), including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard optimizationStrong grasp of data visualization and storytelling principlesProficient in SQL for querying and transforming dataDemonstrated ability to drive self-service analytics adoption through training and and creation of reusable reporting templates and data models.Proven success in building a data-driven culture and training non-technical stakeholders.Experience in the Forex or financial services industry is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.Further Info:Flexible working hours and a hybrid model for better work-life balance.A friendly, inclusive, and fun working environment.Competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities to work from Limassol, Cyprus or Amman, Jordan.Regular social and team-building activities each month.
