The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and experience working in fast-paced digital environmentsIf you're passionate about the data analysis, and driving business growth through insights, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.Requirements:6+ years of experience in data analysis2+ years of experience in the Dating mobile apps marketStrong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.Advantages:Strong statistical backgroundStrong story-telling and presentation skills
