You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to optimize business processes, create and maintain BI reports and dashboards, and contribute to the company’s data-driven culture. By leveraging the power of AI and automation, we create user-friendly experiences that drive positive outcomes for all parties involved.With a team based in Tel Aviv and New York, we have been growing rapidly, supporting hundreds of thousands of consumers on their journey to financial resilience and building partnerships with top creditors and fintech companies.How You’ll Spend Your TimeIdentify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insightsCreate data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholdersDesign, develop, and maintain BI Infrastructure - understanding when to create reports or dashboards, and when to invest in self service semanticsUtilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasetsAct as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as neededPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling mannerRequirements5+ years experience as a data/product/business analyst, preferably within a consumer facing companyDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative fieldExtensive experience working with analytical SQLExperience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Amplitude, etc.)Data-driven, familiar with A/B testing best practices, and adept at working with large data setsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsFamiliarity with data engineering processes, including ELT operations, data warehousing, and data modelingProactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-makingKnowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts - advantage
