As a rapidly growing company we are hiring for similar positions continuously and once an opportunity matches with your qualifications, we will contact you immediately.Here’s what you will be doing:Work with product management and product teams, extract, interpret and present insights from data to support their decisionsEnable visibility into historical data and provide the ability to identify the root causes of changeDesign A/B test, interpret and present the findings to support business decisionsAssist development teams with reports and metrics that will present actionable insightsCreate, implement and improve statistical algorithms to help generate forecasts and predictive recommendationsCreate insightful data visualizations and turn statistical and computational analysis into user-friendly graphs, charts and animationsCollaborate with Growth Team to develop tools and services such as modeling dashboard to drive innovation and recommend solutionsEducation & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related quantitative fieldAt least 6 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modelingStrong Knowledge in SQLAbility to extract, interpret and present insights from unstructured and structured dataUnderstanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development and evaluation data setsTrack record of diving into data to discover hidden patternsExperience in sales analytics, client retention analytics and customer analytics are highly preferredPrior internships or experience in statistics and data mining is a plusExcellent communications and presentation skills in EnglishPersonal Specifications/Skills:Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a concise and actionable mannerPassionate about technologyEager to learn and stretch boundariesSeeks new approaches and new ideasCritical thinker & curious learnerJotform PERKSHigh growth-paced environment with collaborative and unique team cultureGenerous market competitive total compensation packageHealth InsuranceProfessional Growth & Career Opportunities: We support your personal and professional development with educational materials and expenses & relevant conferences abroad to stay up to date with the latest industry trends & online courses or coaching - and support you pursuing ones that you are passionate about!Challenging projects, regular feedback, healthy competitionFun & Relax working environment: When we’re in the office; music, jeans and t-shirts are the norm & kitchens stocked with healthy & tasty snacks & drinksOUR PROCESSWe’ll review your application along with all the others we receive and pick the top profiles for a screening call.
