In this hands-on and cross-functional role, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytical questions, and translate them into actionable insights.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities that drive strategic and operational impact.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure access to clean, reliable, and well-modeled data.Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Google BigQuery, dbt, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, and Airtable.Present insights clearly and compellingly through storytelling and visualization, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.Support the continuous improvement of data quality, metric definitions, and governance across the company.Drive process efficiency by recommending improvements to data workflows, analysis processes, and tools.What Makes You a Great FitYou hold a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).You have 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a fast-paced digital or consumer environment.You are proficient in SQL and experienced with data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and dbt.You possess strong analytical thinking and can turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.You are passionate about building scalable, reliable, and impactful analytical solutions that drive measurable business value.You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Why You Will Love Working With UsA high-achieving, international community of waterdrop® colleagues, located in a brand-new HQ in Vienna, Austria.Development opportunities in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Europe.MyClubs sports vouchers, to have a sporty balance.In-house fitness centre.
