About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong business and marketing orientation to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize performance across our marketing and business operations. This role is not for data engineers or scientists; we need a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights that impact business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.Key Responsibilities:             • Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement: Analyze marketing campaigns (digital, offline, CRM, and customer engagement) to assess effectiveness, optimize spend, and improve ROI.             • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage customer data to create segmentation models, track customer behavior, and recommend targeted strategies for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value improvement.             • Revenue & Business Intelligence: Identify revenue drivers, forecast trends, and generate insights to support strategic planning and decision-making across departments.             • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer experience.             • Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time insights to the marketing and leadership teams.             • Collaboration with product, tech and operation teams to align data insights with business objectives, improving campaigns and user engagement.             • Competitor & Market Analysis: Use data to monitor competitive trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to provide recommendations for positioning and growth.Key Skills & Qualifications:             • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing, business intelligence, or growth teams.             • Strong expertise in SQL for querying large datasets.             • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.             • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MoEngage, or similar).             • Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.             • Understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.             • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, business-oriented manner.             • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital businesses is a plus.Why Join Us?             • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape business strategies.             • Influence key marketing and commercial decisions with data-driven insights.             • A dynamic environment with opportunities to lead data initiatives and drive impact.If you are a business-driven data analyst passionate about using data to unlock growth and improve marketing performance, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and be part of a data-first marketing team!
