Power BI Developer (Contract) – Immediate StartLocation: Cork (1 day per week onsite)Duration: 1-2 months (potential for extension)Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleOn behalf on my client I'm seeking an experienced Power BI Developer for a short-term contract to transform data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports that support both local and global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with end users to gather and define reporting requirements.Develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.Use SQL to generate, optimise, and maintain reports from manufacturing data.Administer Power BI and Tableau environments, including access, deployments, troubleshooting, and support.Manage agile reporting workflows and tasks using Azure DevOps, including dashboards and project monitoring.Configure and support Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.Work independently and deliver results immediately, collaborating onsite one day per week with the data engineering team.Requirements4+ years’ experience in Power BI development, including data modelling and DAX.Strong skills in SQL and Tableau.Proven ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and translating requirements into reports.Additional Details1 day per week onsite in Cork.Immediate start, 1-2 month contract with potential extension.Must be able to deliver value from day one.
