This role involves leading data-driven initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable business insights, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to develop robust data models, uncover trends, and optimize organizational performanceKey Responsibilities:Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and generate actionable business insightsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, discover new business opportunities, and develop effective reporting solutionsPartner with the AI team to deploy AI-powered analytics solutionsLead deep-dive data analyses to support business strategiesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and platformsCommunicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications:5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentExceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong proficiency in SQL and experience with PythonHands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Redshift)Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearlySelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentBasic RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years experience in a Data Analytics related roleTravel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanNoEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
