We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal/Senior Analyst with a strong background in process mapping, relationship management, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing complex business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving data-informed decision-making using tools like Power BI. Experience or interest in Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.This role is based in our Wellington office. Due to the operational requirements and dynamic nature of the role, it will be beneficial for you to have the close support of the team around you. Candidates for this role are required to already be based in Wellington or be willing to relocate to Wellington for this opportunity.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringKey requirements of the role include:Relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable or a qualification/certification in data analysis, insights, and reporting.Four plus years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.Analysing and documenting end-to-end business processes using process mapping techniques.Skilled at data extraction from various unrelated sources.Developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic decision-making.Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and regular check-ins to gather requirements and drive consensus.Supporting the development or enhancement of applications using Power Apps and assist in automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate.Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture.Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
