Senior Data Consultant

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Data Consultant to join our organization.In this role, you will drive data-centric strategies and play an essential part in the evolution of our AI initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of creative solutions in a fast-moving and supportive environment. ResponsibilitiesLead the refinement of the AI Factory delivery modelApply Agile frameworks, including SAFe, to streamline operations and enhance the impact of AI investmentsOffer specialized advice in Data Science and Data Engineering to the AI Factory Governance groupWork with AI Factory Product Owners to collect requirements and ensure they align with organizational objectivesSafeguard AI Factory solutions by upholding standards for security, ethics, DPP, legal, and Works Council complianceOrganize and oversee quarterly planning for the AI FactorySupport the measurement and advancement of operational KPIs within the AI FactoryContribute to the development of reusable resources and enablement tools for AI Factory projectsShare expertise and provide education on AI and machine learning to clients and stakeholders RequirementsMore than ten years of experience in data consulting or a related fieldAt least five years in senior leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environmentsDemonstrated experience managing large teams, typically consisting of 40 or more professionalsBackground in collaborating with AI Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Product OwnersStrong ability to communicate with stakeholders and understand SAP business processesDeep familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeComprehensive knowledge of AI, machine learning, MLOps, and cloud platforms or tools such as Jupyter, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, SAP BTP, OCR, NLP, and Computer VisionAdvanced proficiency in Python libraries and machine learning frameworks such as Numpy, Pandas, Keras, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and gensimInterest in business process improvement and modelingSolid understanding of ITIL and ITSM practicesProven initiative and collaborative skills within team environmentsHigh level of English proficiency in both written and spoken communication Nice to haveExperience managing legal, ethical, and compliance aspects of AI projects We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
