With 42 years of experience in the international market and 19 years in Romania, HN Services means:-Digital transformation and IT professionals-Diversity of technical roles-Wide IT market exposure in different domains of activity-A dedicated internal Training Center in software developmentResponsibilities:Collaborates with business stakeholders and IT application owners to understand, document, and design data warehouse processesContributes to the definition, development, and implementation of data warehouse solutionsCreates and maintains data mapping logic to transfer content from various source systems into the data warehouseDesigns, develops, tests, optimizes, and deploys ODI packages, Oracle stored procedures/packages, Databricks jobs to perform ETL functionsPlans and coordinates ETL and database rollouts alongside project teams, developers, and database engineersProvides support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution for ETL processesDesigns and establishes technical frameworks for the data warehouse.Qualifications:Experience in Data Modelling and Source System AnalysisExpert in SQL and PL/SQLExperienced with ETL processes and tools such as ODI or other ETL technologies, as well as working with large-scale databasesSkilled in Python for data engineering purposesFamiliar with PySparkCapable of performing data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for the design and construction of data flowsExperience with data visualization and exploration toolsSolid understanding of data warehouse conceptsSkilled in database design, modelling, and analyzing large datasetsExposure to diverse configurations, technologies, and processing environmentsProficient in advanced performance tuning techniques for complex data transformationsExperience within the banking sector is advantageousFast learner, able to master the functionalities and applications of new technologiesFamiliarity with Agile–Scrum methodology is a plusProficient in English.Only eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
