Your tasksDesign: Design and implement SAP-based data architectures tailored to banking requirementsDevelop: Build data models using SAP BW/4HANA, BW on HANA, SAP HANA Native, and SAP Datasphere/Integration SuiteConfigure: Set up SAP BW, SAP HANA, or BTP services for analytics, warehousing, and data processingBuild: Develop ETL/ELT solutions using SAP Data Management toolsOptimize: Improve performance for large-scale financial and transactional datasetsTranslate: Convert banking-specific requirements (risk, finance, regulatory, profitability reporting) into technical solutionsIntegrate: Connect SAP and third-party solutions via APIs, OData, and CDS viewsReport: Design and implement reporting solutions using SAC and FioriCollaborate: Participate in workshops with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define roadmapsGuide: Provide best practice advice on SAP data management for banking clientsSupport: Contribute to project planning, documentation, knowledge transfer, and testing (unit, integration, UAT)Execute: Support cutover planning, migration cycles, and go-live activities; create and document testing scenarios and resultsYour Skills And ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Banking, Mathematics, or equivalent Experience: 4+ years in SAP data management, analytics, or data warehousing (+/- 6 months) Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP HANA (native modeling), SAP BTP (Datasphere, Integration Suite), SQL, ABAP Data Modeling: Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and reporting solutions Sector Knowledge: Experience with banking, capital markets, or insurance clients Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements (Basel, IFRS, liquidity risk, credit risk) Integration: Knowledge of connecting SAP systems with external platforms and cloud solutions Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Nice-to-Have SAP certifications in BW, HANA, or BTP Basic accounting knowledge Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance Knowledge of financial services subledger data models Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies Exposure to data governance frameworks and metadata management tools Your personality Analytical: You enjoy turning complex banking requirements into clean data solutions.
