Senior Data Engineer

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering3. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing data infrastructure solutions4. Proficient in data engineering technologies, including but not limited to SQL, ETL frameworks, data warehousing, and big data platforms5. Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP)6. Fluent in English7. Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data management is a big plus.Job Description :1. Develop and execute a comprehensive data engineering strategy aligned with business objectives2. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient data infrastructure to support the bank’s analytics and reporting needs. Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of data systems3. Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of the bank’s data assets4. Implement monitoring and performance tuning processes to optimize the performance of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and minimize data issues5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analyst, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.
