Our project pipeline is booming, and we need someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, on top of their data projects they are in the middle of developing their own products in-house to continue to evolve the business! The Role: As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern data platforms that enable AI and advanced analytics solutions.You’ll work closely with our consultants and clients to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Become a key advisor for customers and their data journeyHelp manage end-end data projects, building scalable and robust solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Azure Data Services and Databricks.Enable reporting and visualization through Power BI.Establish an analytics friendly environment, ready for analysts to support machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives.Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all solutions.Quickly integrate into ongoing projects and deliver value from day one. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in data engineering (preferably in consulting or complex enterprise environments).Strong skills in:Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)Databricks for big data processingPower BI for reporting and dashboardsFamiliarity with machine learning workflows or advanced analytics is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.Finnish language proficiency preferred; English speakers considered for the right profile.
