About Data Platform Engineering teamData platform engineering is a practice built up from DevOps principles that seeks to improve each development team’s security, compliance, costs, and time-to-business value through improved developer experiences and self-service within a secure, governed framework. It's both product-based mindset shift and a set of tools and systems to support it.Platform engineering team is responsible for maximizing the development velocity while ensure the stalability of platform. We integrate a set of DevOps practice and tool in alignment with bankwide policies and securtiy to reach the goals.I. Key responsibilities:Manage data platform infrastructure, which is built on Databricks, AWS, Hadoop using IaC like Terraform, Ansible...Streamline the development process by building sets of templates for infrastructure provision, CI/CD pipelinesSet up and configure Databricks ML platform for industrialization of ML models, GenAI productsAutomate end-to-end workflow for DataOps and MLOps to streamline data/ml operationDefine and implement the CI/CD, Gitflow standard for data and ai/ml which is targeted to one-click for Data and ML pipelinesCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists and AI engineers to deliver data/AI productsOptimize data platform infrastructure to handle large volume of data and diversity of analytics and AI usecases.II. What we look for:Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.Good at EnglishExperience with one or more of the following: Databricks, AWS (S3, EKS IAM…), Spark, Airflow, relation databases, Kubernetes…and being passionate about learning the othersExperience with one or more of the following DevOps/IaC tools: Terraform, Teragrunt, Ansibe, Agrocd, JenkinsExperience with managing, configuring and troubleshooting open source data tools: airflow, minio, Hadoop.Experience in supporting model builds and model deployment for IDE-based models and autoML toolsMonitoring and instrumentation: implement metrics in Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch log management and related system.III.
