Senior Data Scientist - Saudi

Position Purpose:The Senior Data Scientist will lead advanced data science initiatives, design and deploy scalable ML/AI models, and provide strategic insights to drive data-driven decision-making. The role requires a strong background in machine learning, MLOps, and data engineering, with the ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models to solve complex business problems.Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses for efficient data accessibility and analysis.Lead AI-driven solution development, including predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data science can add value to business outcomes.Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and production deployment using AWS and cloud services.Mentor and support junior data scientists, fostering technical growth and best practices.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and data science to apply cutting-edge techniques.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field.3+ years of experience in Data Science, with a proven track record in model development and deployment.Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace, LangChain).Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, LLMs.Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Experience in mentoring and managing junior team members.
