Senior Data Scientist (AI Lab) | Rapidly Scaling AI SaaS | Berlin (Hybrid)AI Futures have been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior Data Scientist for a newly formed AI Lab Team at a leading AI SaaS Organisation in the Online Visibility space.The Company has seen immense success since its inception with its vast and dynamic product suite empowering hundreds of thousands of Businesses across the globe.As a fundamental part of its future strategy, the Company has created a newly formed AI Lab Team which will harness the power of AI Agents to build an AI-First Product that will take their success to the next level.You'll have the rare opportunity to work in start-up environment but with the backing and stability of an immensely successful global organisation.In this role, you will spearhead the development of a robust Attribution Engine that will transform the AI Agents from “just another wrapper” into a defensible platform. You'll be driving measurable business impact through causal inference & statistical frameworks whilst designing & implementing data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.Ultimately, your contributions will revolutionise the Online Visibility space!Hybrid: Ideally 2 days/week in office but once you have settled in, the team can be super flexible on remote working.The fixed salary is up to €120k.The role:Design and implement an Attribution Engine linking AI agent tasks to key outcomes like CTR, CVR, rankings, and revenue.Develop SEO-specific A/B testing frameworks and statistical models to validate experiments, such as title changes and content optimisation.Build feedback loop datasets (task → subtask → outcome → impact) to enable reinforcement learning and continuous model improvement.Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to integrate structured data into agent orchestration and fine-tuning pipelines.Establish KPIs and monitoring systems to evaluate agent performance, ensuring data-driven insights power user-facing UI components.The Candidate:Advanced Data Science Expertise: 6+ years in data science or applied ML, with deep knowledge of causal inference, A/B testing, and statistical attribution.Reinforcement Learning Proficiency: Strong experience in designing feedback loops and evaluating models in production environments.Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks, with familiarity in data pipeline tools for scalable solutions.Knowledge of SEO/digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, rankings) and ability to translate insights into business impact is desirable but not essential.AI Futures Ltd | Filling the AI Skills Gap ®
