We are recognized as a school of excellence in banking, a top employer in the banking sector, and a team open to learning, where every colleague feels seen and valued.We are an organization that values people and supports them in having a life that brings fulfillment, security, and balance.How you will contributeEmpower strategic and operational decision-making by uncovering patterns and hidden relationships within data;Transform large data sets into actionable insights through advanced analytical models, machine learning, and AI techniques, effectively communicating results to stakeholders;Collaborate closely with business experts to develop and test business hypotheses, as well as define performance metrics;Advocate for the value of data across the organization, promoting a data-driven culture.What will help you be successfulBachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a similar discipline;More than 3 years of experience in a data science role within a commercial environment, with a strong preference for experience in finance or banking;Advanced experience in Python programming language (for ML/AI) and SQL (data processing);Experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Plotly/GGplot/etc);Understand the big data ecosystem and its major components;Knowledge in the use of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage, processing, and analysis – Databricks would be a plus;Experience with ML/Ops, CI/CD pipelines would be a plus.Sounds like you'd be a good fit?
