About the job As a Senior Data Scientist, you lead the design and delivery of scalable, reusable analytics solutions.Your new roleAs a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:Leads and mentors teams, sharing deep domain expertise and broad data science knowledge.Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of impactful data science initiatives aligned with business goals.Designs scalable analytics frameworks, libraries, and blueprints for cross-project efficiency and reuse.Partners with stakeholders to uncover data-driven opportunities and measure business impact effectively.Monitors model performance, drives improvements, and updates global teams on emerging data science trends.What you’ll need to succeed10+ years in analytics, 5+ in AI/ML, optimization, and mathematical modeling.Strong domain knowledge in logistics, e-commerce, customer relations, or service operations.Proficient in Python, R, SQL, machine learning, statistics, and data visualization techniques.Client facing experience.Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
