About OventaOventa is a software company specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Automation.We build intelligent digital solutions that empower businesses to make faster and smarter decisions.At Oventa, we believe technology should be “Built to Think” — capable of understanding data, learning from patterns, and delivering meaningful insights.Job DescriptionAs a Data Scientist at Oventa, you will:Develop and implement machine learning and AI models for various use cases (prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, and computer vision).Explore, clean, and process data from both structured and unstructured sources.Analyze data patterns to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Product Managers to design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines.Evaluate model performance, perform tuning, and ensure models run efficiently in production environments.Communicate analytical results and findings through visualizations and clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.Strong proficiency in Python and key libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib, and seaborn.Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data preprocessing.Experience with SQL and data manipulation.Ability to build, evaluate, and optimize predictive models using a scientific approach.Nice to Have:Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting.Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and API integration.Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure data environments.Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly).What We OfferA dynamic and innovative work environment focused on cutting-edge AI solutions.Opportunities to work on impactful projects across industries.Professional growth through continuous learning and mentorship.
