If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesApply a broad range of engineering practices with a focus on reliability from instrumentation, performance analysis and log analyticsRespond to production incidents to gain first-hand experience of operational hotspots and identify the root causes of problemsTake part in on-call duties, operations, software development and supportCollect and analyze operational data, define and monitor key metrics to identify and communicate areas for improvementOptimize overall process of delivery, monitoring and controls to boost service reliabilityEnsure the quality, security, reliability and compliance of the solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirementsLearn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mindWork in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with engineers and product managersRequirements5+ years of technical experience in RDBMS/NoSQL Database ProductsGood understanding of cloud computingExcellent knowledge of Performance Tuning and Capacity ManagementGood experience with common SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) tools such as Configuration, Alerting or ObservabilityGood experience with the software development life cycle, CI/CD, Git and code build pipelinesHands-on experience on writing automation script using Python/Golang, PowerShell/BashFamiliarity with infrastructure as code tooling (CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM)Familiarity with Azure Automation, Function or equivalent tools in other Cloud PlatformsProficient communication skills in English are a must, while knowledge of the German language is a significant advantageNice to haveExperience on Azure Cloud DatabasesHands-on experience on Gitlab
