Job SummaryResponsible for debt capital markets related work, which include amongst others, deal structuring, execution work and advising clients on bond/sukuk related matters. Key Responsibilities1) Execute mandates securedReview due diligence / execution documents, correspondences, etc.Prepare and review relevant documents for lodgement and issuance of bond/sukukLiaise with external parties including legal advisors, reporting accountants, regulators etc.Cash flow and credit analysisClient management 2) Prepare and structure financing proposalsPrepare and present proposals for fund raising strategies and corporate exercisesFinancial modeling/assessmentStructure financing proposals 3) Other duties that are not explicitly stated but are assigned from time to time by the Company. Job RequirementsDegree preferably in business, commerce, accounting, finance, and/or legalCapital markets services representative's licenseExperience in proposal preparation and presentation, client management and networking and financial modelingFresh graduates are welcomed to apply
