Creating and updating planning artefacts such as:Stream-level plan-on-a-page viewsAdvanced roadmaps for overall visibilityScrum/sprint boards to support delivery teamsProgress dashboards that evolve with programme stages Monitoring programme health, including:Overall status, design and development progressRAID items, defect trends, and stage gate governanceInternal PMO quality metrics and plan integrity Driving adoption of PMO tools and practices across stream leads and delivery teams. Preparing PMO summary reports for programme status meetings, ensuring insights are clear and actionable. Maintaining scope clarity and control, including:Integration catalogues, systems master lists, test data, training, and change scopeFunctional scope tracking across releases and features Ensuring plan quality, by identifying and resolving issues such as:Missing or outdated epics, dates, assignments, or status updatesMisalignment between detailed plans and high-level viewsOpen items and elaboration session follow-ups Supporting stage gate readiness, including:Representing criteria accuratelyGathering status updates and closing amber/red gaps Managing dependencies, ensuring they are visible in JIRA and escalated appropriately. Overseeing defect management, including:Monitoring defect pipelinesIdentifying trends (e.g. ageing, recurring issues)Raising concerns in delivery forums Leading RAID management, ensuring:Risks and issues are well-articulated and actively managedChange requests and decision registers are up to date Delivering ad hoc reporting (e.g. Sentient updates) outside of standard governance. Coordinating key meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and minute-taking.QualificationsYour expertiseSome exposure in PMO roles within large transformation programmes.Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools: Atlassian (JIRA / Confluence) Azure DevOps (ADO) Smartsheet or similarExcellent data analytics and dashboarding capabilities.Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail and organisational discipline.Creative and curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.Ability to self start.Additional InformationMaking an impact that matters, together:We are driven by our desire to create positive outcomes for our clients, communities, and people.
