Main brands are Gucci, Burberry, Tiffany&Co, Chloe, Philosophy, CK, Adidas, just to name a few. As a compact entity, most of functions work individually, linking with the JV partners. Due to its structural nature, SCM is one of the crucial functions in Korea, directly connecting with JV and managing forecast/supply, and formed with strong teamwork. We are recruiting a demand planner who wishes to grow and enjoy the career journey together.THE ROLEThis role will lead KR S&OP and manage demand/supply planning for part of the portfolio that Korea carries. As a key member of the organization, there will be extensive opportunities for exposure to the global team. This role will interface with various global SCM teams, local Marketing & Finance and JV partners as well as KR SCM team including Logistics/DP, RA/QA and 3PL. Acting with autonomy, this role is ideal for someone who seeks for challenges and growth to be a leader in the future.Key Responsibilities Based on bottom-up forecast from JV, manage monthly split and quarterly/annual S&OP according to launching plan as well as supply situation and load forecast into systemIdentify supply related Risks & OpportunitiesPlace bi-weekly orders and communicate any cuts or production delays on core items with JV and local multi-function team.Follow up on forecast increase/decrease with JV and request additional supply to global SCM where neededOptimize inventory management tosecure flawless replenishment and on-time delivery to JV;optimize inventory positions (minimize ageing/ excess risks)Oversee the inbound shipments, provide feedback on risks and suggest gap-fill items to avoid sales lossMaintain S&OP deck with up-to-date product master and supply information from global SCMWeekly or bi-weekly connect with Hub DRP and APAC customer serviceClose communication on monthly purchase plan with JV for forecast accuracyPrepare and lead S&OP and KPI meetingMonth-end sales and inventory reconciliation and submit offline market reportsOrder cut and sell-out data analysis and intervene JV forecast where neededQualifications And ExperienceA minimum of 5years’ experience in Demand/Supply planning OR other SCM field, preferably in FMCG industryAdvanced user of Excel and a user of other digital technologiesAttention to detailsFluency in English and Korean, both written and verbalProven record of quick adaptability and fast learnerPositive and flexible mindset/passion to learn and improveGood communication and interpersonal skillsSAP/o9/JDA experience is a plusCRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORSCustomer, results and action oriented – absolute focus on the customer while balancing costTechnical knowledge – ERP and excel savvy, good sense of numberPlanning, organizing and coordinating – able to plan and coordinate efforts across divisions, ability to prioritize effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities - solid understanding of key business drivers and ability to add valuePresentation skills – ability to present and communicate with confidence.Influencing skills – ability to build collaborative relationships, lead cross functionally when requiredGood communication skills and team playerCOTY VALUESOwn it.
