Urgent Hiring - Demand Planning LeadMinimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management with proven success in forecasting and replenishmentStrong analytical and statistical forecasting skillsExcellent command of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), and Power BIUnderstanding of S&OP, inventory control, and production planning principlesLanguage: Fluent in English.Responsibilities:Lead demand forecasting activities to ensure product availabilityAnalyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.Manage replenishment processes and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstock.Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational realities.Utilize ERP and planning tools to prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management review.Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements in the planning process.Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and demand projections.
