Senior Demand & Supply Planning Manager

Job Description

Your Tasks Lead end-to-end Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning to align commercial, production, and financial targets. Drive coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Finance through effective S&OP processes to identify demand drivers, risks, and opportunities. Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing root causes, executing corrective actions, and tracking performance. Monitor replenishment, inventory, and stock levels across HUBs to meet service and availability targets. Oversee VAS planning and ensure supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with Production Centers to resolve supply discrepancies and quality issues. Lead import planning with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Regulatory, and Legal). Manage stock optimization and clearance strategies with Distributors and Sales teams. Review key metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, DIH, and critical stock value to ensure visibility and continuous improvement. Partner with Commercial teams to minimize write-offs and close gaps between forecast and targets. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in planning roles, with proven experience leading and developing team members. Solid exposure to both Demand and Supply Planning processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
