From first sketch to flawless production. You’ll turn complex challenges into elegant solutions that installers, manufacturers and end users rely on every day.What you’ll do Design and improve (electro)mechanical and electronic products across our ranges, from Fence & Gate Hardware to Gate Automation and Access ControlTurn ideas into tangible innovations: concepting, CAD design, prototyping, testing and fine-tuning.Work closely with Product Management and Production to ensure smart, manufacturable designs (DFM, DFA).Collaborate with fellow engineers, sharing insights, challenging ideas, and lifting each other’s work.Coach younger designers and strengthen our R&D culture of curiosity, precision and collaboration.QualificationsYou hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) and have about 10 years’ experience in product design.You’re technically sharp, strong in mechanical and electromechanical design, with solid 3D insight.You combine creativity with structure: analytical, efficient, and eager to improve every detail.You’re a true team player with a builder’s mindset: you share ideas openly and take pride in seeing others grow.You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, innovation-driven environment.Additional InformationJob location As a Senior Design Engineer you’ll work in our office in Waregem.
