This prestigious development represents the pinnacle of luxury waterfront living, combining world-class hospitality standards with high-end residential excellence.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design execution of these landmark branded residences project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all design aspects from concept through to completion, ensuring the development meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence while aligning with brand guidelines and operator requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design Management & Coordination• Lead and manage all design disciplines including architecture, interior design, landscape, and MEP coordination• Oversee the design development process from concept through detailed design and construction documentationStakeholder Management • Act as the primary liaison between the development team, design consultants, hospitality operator, and contractors• Present design proposals and progress updates to senior management and stakeholdersQuality & Compliance • Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and UAE standards• Implement quality control procedures throughout the design and construction phases• Conduct site inspections to verify design intent is accurately executedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in design management within real estate development• Proven track record managing high-end residential and/or hospitality projects in the UAE or GCC region• Extensive experience with branded residences or hotel/serviced apartment developments• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality brands design standards and operational requirements
