Senior Design Manager

Design Manager The Design Manager shall perform under direct supervision of the Project Manager and support for all of the design management tasks described below, or manage directly part of those tasks if agreed with the Project ManagerTo monitor, evaluate, advise on design targets,To coordinate with Designers and other consultants,To set-up, negotiate and implement with Designers and other consultants design development strategy,To monitor and pro-actively support and report the design status and development to Project team and Client,To follows up resolution of design methods,To monitor and pro-actively advise in terms of construction feasibility,To coordinate between Design disciplines,To chair design meetings and produce design meetings MOM,To supports Project procurement and Project planning activity,To initiates and executes negotiations with authorities, local partnerProfile requiredBasic education: Architect/Civil EngineerExperience: >10 years (at least two 5*hotel projects)Certificate : Design Grade I is a plusGood in EnglishSkills:Strong knowledge in his/her own design discipline for hospitality, building apartment, commercial building, complex building…Knowledge in project management, design coordinationBenefit:Attractive salaryFull social insurance, PVI insurance and other regimes according to state regulationsFull salary in probation work13th month salary & bonusForeign working environment, open, friendly, positive, transparent and agile
