Senior Designer (Digital-First)

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Designer with a strong digital background to join our growing creative team. Based out of our studio, you’ll create impactful, design-led solutions across a wide range of projects and brands. While digital design will be your core strength, you'll also bring an appreciation for beautifully crafted print work when needed. As part of our collaborative studio, you’ll work alongside a talented team of designers, motion designers, developers, and creative directors – bringing bold creative ideas to life across multiple platforms.What you’ll doConceptualise and craft high-quality design solutions across digital and print media.Drive digital-first design thinking, ensuring innovative, user-focused outcomes.Lead and mentor other designers, elevating creative standards within the team.Present and pitch ideas confidently to the internal team and client.Champion the standard of craft in the design teamDeliver bold, standout work for a leading global brand.Who you areA passionate, ideas-driven designer with a strong grasp of creative storytelling.Highly skilled in digital design, UI/UX principles, and modern design trends.Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (some motion design experience is a plus).Able to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.A strong communicator – confident in sharing and presenting ideas.Always curious, staying ahead of trends in digital design, branding, and culture.A strong leader who thrives on taking ownership of projects(Preferably with an influential B2B portfolio)Where you’ll beWork hybrid—3 days in our studio and up to 2 days remotely.The benefits21 days holiday, plus all bank holidays and the Christmas break.1 additional holiday day per year, up to 5 years.Monthly team hangouts—birthdays, lunches, and lightning talks.Annual team socials—one in summer, one at Christmas.Hybrid work-week—flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 days.Short Fridays—we finish early to celebrate the week’s work.Plus: pension contribution, cycle-to-work scheme and stocked kitchen.Life at CyonWe’re a proudly independent creative force for good, achieving big things for bold brands across the world.
