You'll lead the creative process, turning concepts into user-focused designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, providing art direction, and ensuring digital deliverables are both innovative and impactful. Oversee projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and resources while fostering clear communication to maintain design quality and seamless execution.Lead end-to-end design processes by defining creative strategies aligned with project objectives. Mentor teams push creative boundaries, fostering innovation and technical excellence for visually compelling, strategically effective solutions.Create diverse digital assets including web/mobile interfaces, banner ads, social media visuals, and video storyboards. Deliver seamless, responsive experiences that combine creativity with functionality to meet client needs and elevate brand identity.Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize ideas effectively. Refine concepts through feedback and usability insights for optimal results.Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover key insights. Use data-driven findings to inform design decisions and create resonant user experiences.Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Document best practices and standards to empower teams and streamline collaboration.Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure flawless execution. Conduct QA checks to maintain alignment with design vision and user expectations.Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new methodologies to push boundaries and continuously enhance user experience.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:5+ years of hands-on design experience with a portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver exceptional user experiences across digital platforms.Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Zeplin with strong understanding of responsive and collaborative workflows. Motion design and 3D expertise (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline) would be highly valued. Familiarity with emerging tools like Framer and AI-powered platforms (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney) a plus.Expertise in user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis. Ability to transform insights into actionable design strategies that optimize experiences with focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and measurable impact.Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and typography. Proven ability to create intuitive, responsive, mobile-first designs, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems that ensure consistency across projects.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective developer collaboration.
