Do you come from a brand design agency and enjoy creating work that has a real impact?We are seeking a Senior Designer with 6+ years experience to join a brand consultancy and creative transformation agency that works across Education, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Environment & Sustainability, and Data & Technology, connecting intelligence, positioning, narrative, visual identity and experience to create internal culture and external momentum for the organisations they work with.ROLE PURPOSEHere you will help to lead projects from concept to completionYou’ll bring ideas built on meaning and feeling, not just aestheticYou’ll play a pivotal role in shaping creative direction across brand, campaign, digital and motion workYou’ll collaborate closely with strategists, client services and specialist teams, helping to elevate ideas, structure projects and present impactful solutions to clientsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design excellence and strategic alignmentPresent confidently to clients, articulating ideas and rationale clearly and persuasivelyPlan and structure projects in collaboration with client services and strategy teamsDirect and brief animators, video, and digital teams to bring concepts to life across mediaAct as a brand advocate, ensuring best practice and consistency across guidelines and applicationsMentor and support junior team members, nurturing creativity and attention to detailContribute to workshops and brand development sessions, shaping ideas that connect emotionally and intellectuallyPush the craft and storytelling of the agency’s creative output, from concept to motion, print to digitalSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of professional design experience within a creative brand agencyStrong conceptual thinker with a refined sense of typography, layout and brand systemsProven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teamsExcellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clientsHighly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable working with Figma (non-essential)Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams with composure and focusIntuitive and informed mindset, able to balance instinct with strategy in creative decision-makingBONUS POINTSExperience in motion design, animation direction or video editingKnowledge of digital design systems and interactive storytellingInterest in brand strategy and how creative ideas translate across channelsIf this Senior Designer is you and you have the above experience, please do share your latest CV with link to portfolio when you apply.
