Senior Designer

Amazing new role for a Senior Designer to join a global fashion & lifestyle platform. Key Responsibilities - Lead the creation of visually striking, culturally relevant designs for campaigns, content, and brand initiatives across multiple channels.- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity.- Translate creative strategy into engaging visuals that resonate with Gen Z audiences and broader fashion community.- Contribute to and evolve the brand's visual design system, ensuring scalability and brand consistency.- Partner with external agencies, photographers, illustrators, and content creators to deliver best-in-class visual experiences.- Stay ahead of design trends, cultural movements, and new technologies that influence visual storytelling.Skills & Experience- Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, visual design, or art direction, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or tech brands.- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, conceptual thinking, and campaign execution.- Experience leading design projects from concept through to delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Deep understanding of youth culture, fashion trends, and digital-first storytelling.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.Salary & Benefits- £50-60k (DOE)- Enhanced Pension- Flexible hours- Supportive, collaborative and creatively driven cultureLocation: London, hybrid 2 days in the office.
