Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities where design can have the greatest impact.User-Centric Advocacy: Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to generate deep insights that inform design decisions and product strategy.Systematic Thinking: Create and maintain a robust, scalable Design System in Figma, establishing patterns, components, and guidelines that ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all products.High-Fidelity Execution: Produce elegant, intuitive, and accessible high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that set the standard for visual and interaction quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a true partner with Product Managers and Engineers (using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js) to balance design vision with technical constraints, ensuring a high-quality implementation.Mentorship & Influence: Mentor junior and mid-level designers, provide constructive feedback in design critiques, and champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.Skills Required:-Tools : Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Node (Express/NestJS), PostgreSQL, MongoDB, testing (Jasmine/Jest, Playwright/Cypress) & modern development tools.
