We’re building data products and services that actually get used, and we need a genuinely senior engineer to set the bar.The first 90 days (yes, Power BI on purpose)Own our reporting setup: architect and stand up a robust Power BI ecosystem so business users feel confident and self-sufficient.Model the data: build clean, reliable pipelines and semantic models that make insights obvious, not obtuse.Ship and coach: deliver a handful of “wow, that’s useful” dashboards and leave behind documentation + guardrails.After that?
