Senior Developer Team Lead

We’re looking for a Developer Team Lead to guide our distributed development team, drive technical excellence, and architect scalable solutions across our modern application suite.What You’ll Do?Strategic Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and robust architectural patterns.Collaborate with Product Owners and Executive stakeholders to turn business goals into high-impact technical roadmaps.Full-Stack Engineering & ArchitectureOwn the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across the stack.Lead backend development using PHP/Symfony and Nest.js.Oversee frontend creation with Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring responsive, user-focused interfaces.Design and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs for complex business workflows.Delivery & OperationsManage projects using Scrum/Kanban, ensuring timely delivery and accurate resource estimation.Maintain operational stability, troubleshoot complex system issues, and oversee CI/CD pipelines in Dockerized environments.What We’re Looking For?Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1+ years in a Team Lead or hands-on leadership role, preferably in SaaS companies.Backend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in PHP/Symfony.Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, particularly Next.js and Nest.js.Data & Systems: Strong command of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and advanced ORM usage; experience with Docker and modern DevOps practices.Communication: Exceptional English skills; able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bonus: Experience with VOIP technologies (Asterisk, Kamailio, SIP).Privacy Note:As part of our commitment to data privacy and GDPR standards, all CVs and personal information will be handled confidentially and used solely for recruitment purposes.
