JOB TITLEEmirati Talent - Senior Associate, Development | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Head OfficeROLE SUMMARYAssist in the coordination, reporting, and documentation of shopping mall development and redevelopment projects. Support day-to-day communication with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project data, drawings, and reports are accurate and up to date.ROLE PROFILEAssist in collecting and organizing project requirements, plans, and updates.Support coordination with consultants, architects, and internal teams across project stages.Track project milestones and assist in preparing regular status reports and dashboards.Participate in reviewing technical documentation and identifying gaps or clarifications.Help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines across mall developments.Maintain project records, correspondence, and action logs to support governance.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project coordination.Familiarity with the development project lifecycle and retail design considerations.Strong documentation, tracking, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.Effective communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, well-organized, team player with a problem-solving mindset.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
