About The CompanyStellar has partnered with an end-to-end construction and land development specialist delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and subdivision projects across New Zealand. Our client manages the full scope of development work.Due to growth they are looking for a experienced Development/Construction Manager to lead the initiation, management, and completion of commercial & residential property development projects.This position is across both residential & commercial construction developments, to be successful you will need experience across both sectors.To be successful in this position you will have 7+ years property development in New Zealand Please note, this position is based in the Hawkes Bay and will require relocation**Key Responsibilities IncludeLead end-to-end development projects from feasibility and due diligence through to completion.Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, councils, and investors.Oversee design and construction delivery to ensure quality and cost efficiency.Negotiate and manage development agreements and construction contractsManage risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentumIdentify and secure strategic development opportunities aligned with market demandTo Be Successful You Will HaveMinimum 7+ years’ experience in property development or construction project management.Strong knowledge of the New Zealand property market and development processes.Experience managing feasibility, design, consenting, construction, and handover.Financial modelling, budgeting, and cost control expertise.In return, our client offers a competitive salary + vehicle + benefits.If you tick the above boxes & would like to apply, click apply now or reach out Alex on 021 241 5059 or alex.b@stellarrecruitment.co.nzWe look forward to hearing from you.
