Senior Devops (Azure)

JOB DUTIES• Build maintain and troubleshoot CICD pipelines.• Build modules based on requirement using Jenkins pipeline as code.• Containerize legacy applications and build custom containers according to compliance.• Identify and automate manual tasks.• Create scripts using bash/python.• Manage DevOps tool upgrade and support POCs.• Follow the documented process and guidelines.• Monitor the infrastructure using monitoring tools like Dynatrace.• Participate in production support activities including data patching, monitoring, incident resolution andproblem follow-up for permanent fix.• Respond to user enquiry, service requests and manage user expectation in day-to-day production issues.• Proactively document and maintain support knowledge for standard procedures or handling related toapplication support.• Ensure high application availability and minimize service disruptions.• Responsible for ticket resolution within agreed timelines and internal SLAs, measuring/identify potentialrisk and recommends risk mitigation wherever appropriate.• Provide timely and regular updates to supervisor and users on ticket resolution progress.• Provide on call support for the production platform and join support bridge when requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology• Have 3-5 years working experience in DevOps tools and methodologies.• Sound working knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes.• Sound knowledge on Linux command shell.• Understanding of repo functions like GIT or BITBUCKET, and Jira and Confluence• Knowledge on Logging solutions like ELK.• Sound interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong troubleshooting skills/knowledge to be able to identify root causes and mitigation steps.• Focus on KPI’s - Repeated incident ratio, Backlog reduction %, SLAs for resolution, Customer satisfactionand feedback.• Exposure to Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Azure monitor.• Experience working with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.• Understanding of DevOps and security best practices.BENEFITS● Salary: 40-55M (open to negotiate)● Working time: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES:● Dynamic Environment: Work in a professional, modern, and fast-paced environment where you can tackle challenging projects both locally and globally.● Empowerment & Growth: We foster a culture of open dialogue and empowerment, allowing you to innovate and create in your own way.
