Senior DevOps Engineer, Luxembourg (Onsite) – European Investment BankJob role: Senior DevOps Engineer.Location: Luxembourg (Onsite).Studies: M.Sc. degree or equivalent applied experience.Language: English (C1).DescriptionTasks:Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to improve and accelerate the software delivery process.Analyze and eliminate inefficiencies in the build, testing, and deployment stages.Set up and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Maven.Automate the setup and configuration of infrastructure using technologies like Terraform, Ansible, and HELM.Oversee container orchestration systems like Kubernetes to ensure scalable and reliable deployment environments.Monitor cloud systems (AWS and Azure) to enhance performance, reliability, and security.Implement automated checks for code quality and security using tools like SonarQube.Manage version control systems and artifact repositories including GitHub, Nexus, and AzureSEA.Support application deployments on Linux servers, including platforms like JBoss and Apache.Ensure deployment processes are consistent and repeatable across development, testing, and production environments.Requirements:At least 7 years experience in provisioning of infrastructure on the cloud mainly AWS and Azure and experience in Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Linux, HELM.Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating the 2nd level production support on an application supported by a team of minimum 20 IT people.Strong experience in CI/CD using Jenkins, Maven, AzureDevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Kurebernetes, Linux, HELM.Experience with GitHub, Nexus, AzureSea.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in Agility (SCRUM / Kanban).At least 3 years of experience with Anaconda and Python.IT skills:AWS and Azure.Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, HELM.Linux.Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline).Terraform, Ansible, HELM.SonarQube.GitHub, Nexus, AzureSEA.Kubernetes.JBoss and Apache.Python and Anaconda.SCRUM / Kanban.Coordination of 2nd level production support.Languages:English (C1).Location:Luxembourg (Onsite).
