Then we’re looking for you to join our team full-time – in Zagreb, Osijek or Varazdin.Your tasksYou provide state-of-the-art commerce process expertise to consult clients, design and document workflows, and drive fit-gap discussions around commercetools capabilities as well as configuring, implementing, and integrating various solutions (e.g. payment, checkout, search) You lead the analysis and optimization of business processes based on commercetools, conducting in-depth assessments to align client business requirements with efficient, scalable solutions You collaborate with clients to define functional specifications, ensuring that business needs are mapped into practical, actionable requirements for implementation based on commercetools You provide expertise during the implementation phase to the development team and the client, ensuring that functional requirements are met and that the solution based on commercetools delivers value to the client’s business You support Presales, contributing to proposals, responding to RfPs, and conducting workshops to identify business needs and potential solutions You conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients leveraging the implemented solution based on commercetools. Within IBM iX, you stay up-to date with industry trends, contribute to development of internal best-practices and training materials supporting growth of colleagues from consulting, sales or technical teams Your skillsYou have proven experience with commercetools in an enterprise scale transformation context and a broad set of eCommerce domain knowledge. You are familiar with trends, processes, and best practices (e.g., payment systems, checkout, search functionality, Product Experience, …)You have hands-on experience supporting Presales activities of sales teams, including RfP responses, proposal creation, and solution design in the eCommerce fieldYou possess analytical and problem-solving skills and have a strong foundation in eCommerce requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process design and optimization for B2B, B2C, and other multi-party commerce models, on an enterprise level You are capable of consulting clients through the whole project lifecycle, offering strategic guidance with process improvements and platform capabilities while managing expectations, identifying opportunities, and enabling informed decision-making processes You hold strong communication and presentation skills and are proficient in facilitating client workshops, meetings and training sessions, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teamsYou are open to travel as needed (up to 40%) to meet clients and engage with project teams on-siteYou are proficient in English; German is a plus.
