Senior Digital Designer (Marketing)

The OpportunityOES is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape the future of our in-house creative capability. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our creative output across paid and organic channels. From Meta to TikTok, YouTube to LinkedIn, you'll craft platform-fit assets that drive impact across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll:Lead the creation of high-performing digital assets (static, motion, UGC-style, short-form video)Translate campaign briefs into compelling creative executionsMentor junior designers and elevate our design standardsCollaborate across Marketing, Performance Media, Learning Design, and Content teamsContribute to creative testing, optimisation, innovation, and the student experienceAbout You5+ years' experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing or agency settingsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or FigmaStrong motion design and video editing skillsDeep understanding of full-funnel creative strategyA collaborative mindset and mentoring experienceA passion for innovation and continuous improvementAbout OESOES is a vibrant, values-led organisation passionate about enhancing lives through education.
