Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, Software Consulting company, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:Senior Digital Layout - Physical Design EngineerJOB DESCRIPTION•Own and drive all aspects of digital physical design (RTL to GDSII)•Perform synthesis, floorplanning, placement & routing, and clock tree synthesis (CTS)•Conduct static timing analysis (STA), power and signal integrity analysis•Execute physical verification, extraction, DFM, and tape-out procedures•Interact with front-end design teams to resolve cross-domain issues•Follow internal project processes and reporting practices•Optionally support junior engineers or participate in internal technical training sessionsCANDIDATE PROFILE•Bachelor degree Tech / BE / ME / M.Tech in Electronics or related field•Proven experience in 3–7 years in digital backend / physical design flow from RTL to GDS•Solid hands-on expertise in:•Synthesis, floorplanning, placement, routing•Clock tree synthesis and clock distribution•Static Timing Analysis (STA), IR drop, EM analysis•Physical verification (DRC/LVS), parasitic extraction, DFM•Tool proficiency in:Primary: Synopsys IC Compiler II, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, StarRCAlternative: Cadence Innovus, Mentor CalibreBonus: ANSYS Redhawk for IR analysisExperience with technologies at 90nm and below•Scripting capabilities in Tcl/Tk, PERL, and Makefiles is a plusTHE COMPANY OFFERS•Competitive remuneration package•Dynamic and challenging working environment•Extra benefitsAfter the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview.All applications are considered as strictly confidential.
