We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and performance-focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Ennis, Co. Clare.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, social media-savvy marketer who enjoys variety - from managing client relationships and delivering campaigns to creating engaging digital content and driving performance across multiple channels.You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Communications Officer to deliver impactful campaigns for a portfolio of hotel clients, while taking ownership of digital content, email marketing, and social media strategy. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients' online presence remains fresh, relevant, and optimised for results.We're seeking someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness - someone proactive, friendly, and full of ideas who can think strategically and deliver with precision. Take ownership of a portfolio of hotel clients, ensuring marketing activity aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable success. Prepare reports, insights, and participate in quarterly client strategy meetings. Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and data-driven recommendations. Content ManagementManage and update client hotel websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Create and upload new pages, refresh existing ones, and ensure all imagery, copy, and offers are up to date. Proactively review and analyse hotel websites to identify opportunities for improvement, outdated content, or new storytelling angles. Suggest and implement updates that enhance user experience, SEO performance, and conversion potential. Collaborate with hotels to source photography, video, and copy that reflect their unique brand identity. Lead quality assurance across client sites to ensure professional, consistent, and high-performing digital content. Social Media ManagementLead social media strategy and activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like TikTok and X. Maintain a social content calendar to highlight hotel stories, campaigns, and experiences. Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals, and video), scheduling, and community engagement. Report on social performance and deliver recommendations to grow reach and engagement. Stay up to date with trends, new tools, and algorithm updates to keep content innovative and effective. Email Marketing (EZ)Take ownership of e-zine design, content, and scheduling for both the hotel group and individual clients. Analyse performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and identify opportunities to improve engagement and bookings. Ensure campaigns reflect hotel brand identity, highlight offers, and drive measurable action. Experiment with creative formats and audience segmentation to enhance effectiveness. Digital Design & Asset CreationDesign digital assets such as social media graphics, banners, and email headers, ensuring visual consistency. Support hotels with resizing or adapting creative for digital and paid campaigns. Collaborate with creative partners when needed to maintain a high visual standard across all marketing materials. Reputation & Guest EngagementMonitor and report on online reviews across key platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com). Provide hotels with best-practice templates and guidance for managing and responding to reviews. Support guest engagement initiatives that build loyalty and enhance brand reputation. Brand & Campaign SupportProvide creative and strategic input on storytelling, photography, and video content. Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand presentation across all campaigns. Work proactively to raise hotel profiles through integrated campaigns (social, email, paid search, and content). Support SEO and content strategy to enhance visibility and performance in key markets. You're hands-on, creative, and comfortable working across multiple digital channels - but also analytical enough to know what drives real results.Skills & AttributesMinimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, account management, or communications (hospitality experience an advantage). Proven ability to manage and update content using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace, or similar). Strong social media management and content creation experience. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and brand tone. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Friendly, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player. Keen to stay up to date with new digital tools, trends, and opportunities.
