With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow.Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing & PPC Management (Capture Demand)Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns (PPC/SEM, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting) across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, aligning closely with target accounts and service offeringsBudget Ownership: Manage a significant digital advertising budget, ensuring maximum ROI and optimal Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by consistently testing and optimizing campaign elementsReporting: Establish and maintain clear reporting on PPC performance, demonstrating a direct line of sight from ad spend to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pipeline generation2. Demand Generation & ABM (Create Demand)Integrated Campaigns: Design and orchestrate end-to-end, multi-channel Demand Generation and ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that target keyverticals, personas, and high-value accountsSales Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and the Demand Gen Assoc. Director to define target accounts, develop personalized campaign content/messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processesСontent Collaboration: Partner with the Content team to ensure high-impact, conversion-focused assets (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars) are utilized effectively in digital campaigns3.
